We are a group of musicians who have been good friends for many years and who in 2019 decided to form a band. We decided on our name ‘High Street Crew’ because of the location where we regularly rehearse. Passers by take note, avoid Newton le Willows High Street on Monday nights!

Our instruments include guitar, mandolin/ fiddle and bass guitar. Having three vocalists in the band means we can conjure up some good harmonies.

Our act includes 50’s, 60’s, rock’n’roll, country and Irish music and we love to see our audience dancing and singing along with us. Who can resist joining in with ‘Sweet Caroline’!!

We perform at Residential Homes, Dementia Groups, Charitable Organisations and Societies and happily take private bookings. As with all bands, the past two years have seen our performances greatly disrupted due to Covid, but life is gradually getting back to normal for all of us and we’re now taking bookings again. We don’t charge for our services but would expect whoever we play for to make a donation to a charity of their choosing.
